I just read the Baby &amp; Caregiver Attendance policy that Automattic will fly your baby and whoever is caring for them to be with you at a meetup while you\u2019re breastfeeding.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everyone talks about closing the gap for women in the workforce after kids. This is the first time I\u2019ve seen a company actually pay for the answer. <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u2764\" class=\"wp-smiley\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/72x72\/2764.png?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" \/><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude2d\" class=\"wp-smiley\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/72x72\/1f62d.png?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I don\u2019t think you hear this enough, so I want to say it plainly: <strong>thank you, THANK YOU.<\/strong> Forever grateful.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/stephanieospina10_i-need-to-give-a-shoutout-to-automattic-share-7495485415852982272-C-Oq\/\">Stephanie Ospina<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/stephanieospina10_i-need-to-give-a-shoutout-to-automattic-share-7495485415852982272-C-Oq\/\">also posted about it on LinkedIn<\/a>.
