I read everything Taofeeq Arapaja, the traitor, sent his hirelings to write against me, and I could not help but feel sorry for a man whose political horse is clearly on the verge of collapse.

Arapaja went on a merry-go-round of false accusations against my person without making a single credible point. Every allegation he made was baseless, hollow and demonstrably false.

More importantly, in responding to my detailed exposé published yesterday, Arapaja failed to deny the central issues I raised. He could not deny being a serial betrayer. He could not deny being one of the biggest beneficiaries of Governor Seyi Makinde – the same man he now vilifies. He could not deny his glaring political irrelevance or his notorious habit of kangaroo-jumping from one political party to another. Seven political parties and counting.

It is obvious that Arapaja resorted to rambling because he had no answers to the facts placed before the public.

Let us further dismantle his falsehoods and expose the serial perfidy that has become his trademark.

  1. Electoral Value

Arapaja falsely claimed that I lost my polling unit and attempted to bribe electoral officials.

That is a very big, fat lie.

First, if I were merely an “errand boy,” as he foolishly described me, how exactly would I possess the influence to manipulate election results?

The truth is simple: I have not lost my ward in any election since 2019. That record speaks for itself and this was long before Arapaja came begging to be admitted into our political family.

Unlike Arapaja, whose electoral value is practically non-existent, the late Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala personally told me he could not even entrust his own deputy, Taofeeq Arapaja, with the chairmanship of his local government because he brought absolutely no electoral value to the table.

That says everything.

  1. Integrity

Integrity and Arapaja are complete strangers.

This is a man who humbled himself before Governor Seyi Makinde when he was politically stranded and financially distressed. Today, he proudly parades APC chieftain Hakeem Olatunji as his new political leader.

A man who repeatedly abandons his benefactors cannot pretend to be a man of honour.

I respectfully advise Zaccheus Adedeji not to waste valuable political resources on a man whose electoral value is negligible and whose integrity has long evaporated.

  1. A Political Almajiri

It is public knowledge that Arapaja is a political Almajiri – forever wandering from one political shelter to another in search of relevance and freebies.

From riding on Governor Seyi Makinde’s political structure and kindness, he has now latched onto another platform through Governor Bala Mohammed, from whom he has already collected a Lexus 750. What a parasite!

If Arapaja truly commands any political following of his own, let him convene an APC stakeholders’ meeting in Oyo State without borrowing names or rented influence.

The emptiness of the hall will answer the question better than I ever could.

All the e-rats now rushing to manufacture grammar on social media were never part of the history they are attempting to rewrite.

I will gladly educate them.

The facts remain unchanged.

Governor Seyi Makinde has long recognised the handwriting on the wall.

Perhaps it is now time for Arapaja to evacuate his rags and “Ghana-Must-Go” bags from the Abuja residence where he was reportedly on the verge of being thrown out before Governor Makinde intervened to rescue him.

A man who survives on the generosity of others should think twice before attempting to destroy the very bridges that kept him afloat.

The people of Oyo are not fools.

They know who has worked and who merely makes noise. They know who has built enduring political structures and who survives by attaching himself to other people’s legacies.

Most importantly, they know the difference between truth and propaganda, and they know a liar when they see one.
